JAY – Bean’s Corner Baptist Church has scheduled a series of events for the Christmas season.

The church will hold its annual missions party at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, with a fellowship supper followed by gifts to this year’s honored guest, Virginia Mathieu, Western Maine director for Child Evangelism Fellowship.

A Christmas musical, “Worship the King,” will be presented by the church choir during the 10:30 a.m. worship service Sunday, Dec. 16. Directed by Don Waterhouse, the presentation will include solos by Holly LaPointe and Pastor Ira Hall.

In addition to a varied program during the morning service of Dec. 23, the church will hold a Christmas Eve service that night starting at 6. It will feature a children’s pageant and carol singing.
