LEWISTON – Lorraine A. (Toots) Cote a resident of 430 Ridge Road, Bowdoinham, formerly of Lewiston, died Sunday, Dec. 2, at Central Maine Medical Center after a short illness.

She was born in Lewiston to George and Eva (Landry) Morin. She was a member of Holy Cross Church, and loved the outdoors. She loved snowmobiling, ATVing, as well as gardening. She also loved crafts, and was also very dedicated to her family.

She retired from Bath Iron Works after 29 years of service.

Survivors include two sons, Ricky Cote and his wife, Joann, of Auburn and Rodney Cote and his wife, Cary-Ann, of Lewiston; her companion, Richard Moore of Bowdoinham; five brothers, Armand Morin and his wife, Georgette, of Auburn, Arthur Morin and his wife, Barbara, of Lisbon, Roland Morin and his wife, Jackie, of Sabattus, Paul Morin and his wife, Mary, of California, and Marcel Morin and his wife, Jackie, of Wales; two sisters, Jeannine Potvin of Lewiston, and Pauline Breton and her husband, Harvey, of Florida; five grandchildren, Jennifer Adams and her husband, William, Amanda Cote, Amber Cote, Alyssa Cote and Nathaniel Cote; one great-grandson, Gaven Lessard; and expecting a second great-grandchild in April 2008.
