Weather intervened in the Western Maine Youth Basketball League girls’ division last week. In the only game played, Livermore Falls Lakers remained undefeated with a fourth-quarter rally to defeat Oxford Hills, 38-28.

Oxford Hills led 25-23 after the third quarter in what was a close battle throughout. Emily Keene and Taylor Boynton led Livermore Falls with 14 points each. Brooke Murch and Crystal West combined for 24 points to pace Oxford Hills.
