Forty-three-year-old Karl Kittridge of Chelsea was charged with five counts of burglary and 39-year-old Troy Hallett of Hallowell was charged with three counts. The break-ins occurred in Monmouth, Waldoboro, Litchfield, Chelsea and Windsor while the homes’ occupants were away.
