I agree with the letters of Denis Ledoux; Phyllis Grondin and Al Pelletier (letters, Dec. 10). “Enough is Enough” expressed my exact feelings towards the president and Susan Collins.

And in regards to “Stop Looking Away” – besides our soldiers and deceased VA benefits; we have the hungry; the homeless; health care needs and many other concerns for our country. It’s time to take care of our own.

And, finally “No RSVP From Me.” The United States does not belong in the Middle East (as it didn’t belong in Vietnam). They have been fighting amongst themselves for 5,000 years. What could our 231-year-old country, without soldiers’ knowledge of their history or cultures, hope to accomplish, other than killing our young?
