GREENVILLE (AP) — A woman and two boys are safe after getting lost for hours on a snowmobile near Moosehead Lake.

Jane Sullivan told wardens that her snowmobile got stuck after she made several wrong turns with her son and his friend. The three had taken off Tuesday afternoon on a single snowmobile to take her son’s friend home.

Sullivan’s husband reported them missing Tuesday evening.

Pat Dorian of the Maine Warden Service says that by the time the three were found they had walked two hours after abandoning their snowmobile.
