• Albert W. Guastafeste, 46, of Mercersburg, Pa., Jan. 12, fugitive from justice, no bail listed as of Jan. 14, Paris Police Department.

• Scott L. Brooks, 28, of Bridgton, Jan. 12, Bridgton District Court warrant for unpaid fines for operating while license suspended or revoked, $335 bail, Norway Police Department.

• Mark P. Jarvis, 44, of Mexico, Jan. 12, assault, obstructing government administration, $500 unsecured bail, Mexico Police Department.

• Jody Todd Collins, 44, of Oxford, Jan. 12, disorderly conduct, $300 unsecured bail, Oxford Police Department.

• Matthew G. Ackerman, 30, of Hiram, Jan. 12, Springvale District Court warrants for operating without a license and operating with a suspended registration, $340 bail in total, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
