GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) – Vincent Margera, known to MTV viewers as “Don Vito,” was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to violating bond conditions for cocaine possession.

The sentencing Friday came after Margera was sentenced last month to 10 years to life on probation after he was convicted of two counts of sexual assault on a child.

Margera had been accused of fondling girls during a promotional appearance in 2006. His sentence barred him from portraying his Don Vito persona from the show “Viva La Bam” in any public appearances for a decade.

While out on bond on the sex assault case in 2006, Margera tested positive for cocaine use. His probation for drug use will run concurrently with the probation from the sex offender sentence.

Defense attorney Pamela Mackey said Margera entered treatment for drug addiction in December 2006 and has not relapsed since completing the program.
