LEWISTON- Bette Swett-Thibeault, physical fitness specialist and licensed massage therapist, will explain the importance of stress management and specific techniques that will reduce the effects of stress at the Healthy Androscoggin tobacco support group.
Bette will present the workshop, “Stress: Yours Mine, Theirs – Recipes for Solutions,” from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in the Lepage Conference Center at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, 99 Campus Ave.
All are welcome, especially community members interested in or thinking about quitting tobacco.
Swett-Thibeault is a retired director of adult and community education in Turner and the owner of Fit for Excellence in Lewiston. She presents workshops on wellness, stress reduction, Color Personalities, Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome and Introduction to Brain Gym.
Workshops will include hands-on techniques to reduce stress levels and live a richer life.
