Chelsea Manley, daughter of Jeannette Manley of Auburn and Brian Manley of Portland, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2007 fall semester at the University of New England in Biddeford. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.

A 2007 graduate of Edward Little High School, Manley is a major in dental hygiene. She is also involved in Commuter Council, SADHA and the Peer Mentor Program.
