Dear Sun Spots: Our Cub Scout den will be crossing over to Boy Scouts in the spring and with that we have the boys dress as Indians.

Well, Pack 109 Maley Moose Patrol has 14 boys who will be crossing over, and we are in need of items for the boys to wear. We need things such as headdress, feathers, moccasins, Indian jewelry, breastplates, beaded or fringed jackets, vests, chaps style pants, beads to make jewelry or decorations. Anything that Indians wear or use as decoration would be helpful. My name is Lisa, and I may be reached at 353-9635 please leave me a message.

Thank you so much for the help from the boys in Pack 109. – Lisa, No Town.

Dear Sun Spots: Do you know if any local nursing homes could use a walker and brand new portable commode? I would like to give these two items to someone who could use them.

If a nursing home could use these, I could either drop them off or someone from there could pick them up. Please contact me via e-mail at [email protected] or via phone before 6 p.m. at 782-2671. Please include “Sun Spots” in the subject line of your e-mail. Thank you. – Bill Haslam, Auburn.
