Between Monday, Feb. 4, at 7 a.m. and Monday, Feb. 11, at 7 a.m., this department has responded to 607 calls for service. Of those calls, 158 of them were motor vehicle stops.

Thefts

Maine registration plate 4006PR was stolen from a vehicle parked at 54 Knox St. overnight Feb. 8 to 9.

Criminal Mischief

Creative Glass at 25 Middle St. was tagged with graffiti overnight Feb. 3-4.

Two gates at the Oak Street parking garage as well as a gate at the Southern Gateway parking garage were broken off overnight Feb. 5-6.

The rear wall of the Promenade Mall was tagged with graffiti sometime in the past several weeks.

The passenger side window of a vehicle parked at 122 Bartlett St. was smashed out between 11 p.m.on Jan. 9 and 9 a.m. on Feb. 10.

Burglary

A construction trailer at 2085 Lisbon St. was burglarized and had tools taken from inside sometime over the weekend Feb. 8-11.

Indecent Conduct

On Feb. 6 at 1:30 p.m. a pedestrian had a white male with facial hair, wearing a hoodie follow her from Franklin School to Railroad Park where he then exposed himself and masturbated in front of her.

Robbery

A pedestrian walking in front of Luigi’s on Sabattus Street was assaulted and robbed of his money on Feb. 9 between 1 and 2:30 a.m. He suffered minor injuries, no weapons were used.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

James Lee, 45, was charged with operating without a license and carrying a concealed weapon on Feb. 5 at 1:42 a.m. at 210 Ash St. following a routine traffic stop.

Jason Hussey, 28, was charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 5 at 10:17 p.m. at Boston Avenue and Moody Street following a routine traffic stop.

William Anketell, 41, was charged with operating while license suspended and attaching false plates on Feb. 9 at 6:29 a.m. at Sabattus and Main streets following a routine traffic stop.

Roberto Continat, 21, was charged with operating while license suspended on Feb. 10 at 12:17 a.m. at 27 East Ave. following a routine traffic stop.

Operating Under the Influence Arrest

Jeffrey Hinkley, 23, was charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 9 at 3:49 a.m. at Bates and Lowell streets after he crashed into a snow bank in front of an officer.
