NORWAY – An all-you-can-eat fiesta dinner will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at the Second Congregational Church, 205 Main St. Menu will include hard and soft tacos, chili, Spanish rice, assorted desserts and beverages.
