AUBURN – Central Maine Conditioning Clinic Inc., 30 Belgrade Ave., Auburn, has added two athletic trainers to its health and wellness sports medicine clinic.
Melissa Bilodeau started with the clinic in the fall of 2007. She is a 1998 graduate of Springfield University. She has experience with injury evaluations and management, in addition to athletic training for varied sports events. She is certified by the National Athletic Training Board of Certification, a member of the state of Maine and National Athletic Trainer Association, a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and is certified by the American Red Cross as a professional rescuer. Prior to joining CMCC Inc., she owned her own business called Peace on Earth Bodywork, and worked for a local physician’s office where she did polarity and manual therapy as well as person training and health coaching.
Jonathan Floyd is a 1987 graduate of Plymouth State College. He is certified by the National Athletic Training Board of Certification, holds a Maine state license, and is a member of the state of Maine and National Athletic Trainer Association. He is member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. Before joining CMCC Inc., Floyd was a co-owner of To Be A Champion, LLC, an athletic performance and body transformation company in Portland. He has more than 12 years of experience as a collegiate athletic trainer at Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, as well as prior experience in occupational health and wellness.
