MINOT – Mike and Linda Mitchell of Minot are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tracey Mitchell, to Justin Vining, son of Mike and Juanita Vining of Weld.

Miss Mitchell is a 1999 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is currently a fourth-grade teacher at Hartford-Sumner Elementary School.

Mr. Vining is a 1999 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and a 2002 graduate of Central Maine Technical College with an associate degree in Ford Assett. He is currently an automobile technician at Rowe Ford in Auburn.

A July 5 wedding is planned in Turner, with a reception to follow at Lost Valley Ski Lodge in Auburn.
