AUBURN – The Auburn Red Wings and Maranacook skated to a 2-2 tie Sunday in squirt hockey at Ingersol Arena. Tyler Couture and Branden scored goals for Auburn, while Mitchell Spurr assisted on Couture’s goal. Lindsey Smith and Zack Godbout scored for Maranacook. Auburn goalie Savannah Shaw stopped several scoring opportunities. Nolan Howe played goal for Maranacook. Conner Samson, Cameron Berube, Jamison Pooler and Cameron Dubay played strong on defense. Matt Verrill played a strong game at center.
