827 Lisbon St., Lewiston, building permit issued to renovate interior of Burger King. Estimated cost, $232,000. Remodeling of restaurant interior and kitchen updates should be finished by mid-March.

1152 Main St., Lewiston, a 10-year lease recorded in Androscoggin County Registry of Deeds, between Greely Associates of Cumberland and tenant Tri-County Mental Health Services, with an option to extend the lease another 15 years. Another Tri-County building, the new one at 230 Bartlett St., is for sale as an investment property. The 13,400-square-foot, 2-story building is listed for $1.96 million. 1152 Main St., Lewiston, sold Dec. 12, 2007, from Maine District Church of the Nazarene to 1152 Main St. LLC, for $250,000.

1661 Main St. Lewiston, submitted for Planning Board review, plans to build a 5-unit residential home for John F. Murphy Homes on a 3-lot subdivision. Another identical building has already been approved on the 3.54 acre parcel. Slated for Feb. 27 Planning Board meeting.

Off Eastman Way, Auburn, final plan for Royal River Estates, 16-lot residential subdivision by Maine Source Homes. Construction planned for April; estimated $250,000 cost. Slated for March 11 Planning Board.

Off Lewiston Junction Road, across from Aviation Drive, Auburn, a 40,700-square-foot commercial warehouse and distribution center on a 3.18 parcel proposed by Otis South LLC and Ford Reiche. Originally approved in July 2005, the permit expired. If approved, the $3 million project is set to begin this spring, with a completion date of the spring of ’09. The project, which is centered on rail transport, includes the construction of new railroad tracks. Slated for March 11 Planning Board.

3226 Hotel Road, Auburn, plans for a trailer storage area by Mark Your Spot LLC. Application states the expected tenant already has an office and maintenance facility in Auburn and needs additional space to store tractor-trailers. Construction set for May. Slated for March 11 Planning Board.

Logistics Drive, Auburn, Gendron & Gendron proposes a 60,000-square-foot expansion of a 105,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center that was approved last year. Construction on the $1.8 million project is set for April with prospective tenant occupying space by late fall. Plans show the building with 475 feet of frontage on Logistics Drive and 1,500 feet on rail tracks.
