FARMINGTON – A snowmobiler struck a vehicle late Tuesday evening on Red Schoolhouse Road but didn’t stop.

Caleb Hart, 25, of Temple was driving a 2001 Chevy SUV south on the road when a green snowmobile came out of a trail, struck the vehicle and then left the scene. The crash happened at 10:50 p.m. The snowmobiler hasn’t been found, police said Wednesday.

The vehicle Hart was driving received light damage and was driven from the scene.
