LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce is offering a seminar, “Trout don’t swim in the ocean,” with presenter Marilyn Lustgarten, president of The Star Makers Group LLC, at the chamber, 415 Lisbon St., from 8:30-10 a.m. Feb. 26. The presentation will offer information about catapulting a business to the next level with an organization-fit employee strategy.

Lustgarten will lead a “think outside the box” interactive discussion and help attendees understand the importance of looking beyond skills and experience, learn where to look for employees that would be a perfect fit, and leave with strategies leading to significant bottom line impact.

Lustgarten is an executive coach, strategist, and consultant to business leaders. She received her BS/BA from Thomas Edison State College, holds the professional designation senior professional in human resources and a certificate in advanced performance management.
