• Melvin L. Vitko, 51, Milford, N.H., burglary, Piscataquis warrant, Wednesday, no bail listed as of Thursday, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Cynthia L. MacLean, 50, Stratton, failure to appear, driving without a license, driving to endanger, Wednesday, no bail listed as of Thursday, Maine State Police.

• Bernard G. Dugan, 56, Oquossoc, driving under the influence, Wednesday, $3,000 unsecured provided for court appearance on March 20.

• Ricky N. Oliver, 41, Jay, failure to appear for bench trial, Tuesday, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.
