FARMINGTON – A free seminar for people interested in creating a Web site will be held at noon Wednesday.

The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the seminar in the chamber’s conference room in its Wilton Road office.

It is titled “The Three Things – What is a Web site Anyway.” Seminar presenter Ross Lasley of Freeman, who calls himself The Internet Educator, will discuss domain names, hosting and the site itself.

He will also offer advice on how to establish a site.
