FARMINGTON – Police and a county canine unit searched an area on the Holley Road on Tuesday afternoon following a report of a domestic assault.
Miguel Visuano, 22, of Farmington, was arrested a day later after the sheriff’s office received a call stating that he was walking on Holley Road. Visuano fled from the scene when police were called shortly after 4 p.m. Tuesday, Farmington police officer Matthew Brann said.
Police arrested Visuano on charges of domestic assault and violation of conditions of release, obstructing the reporting of a crime, theft by unauthorized taking, domestic criminal threatening, and domestic criminal mischief.
Farmington police Sgt. Shane Cote and two county officers aided in the search.
