NORWAY – Debi Irons and guests will warm up Art Moves Dance Studio with song, dance and music Friday and Saturday, March 7-8, with shows at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.

Along with dancers from Art Moves Dance Studio, the band Fire Escape – made up of Phoenix McLaughlin, Matt Currie, Sam Howes, Brian Lemberg and Matt Thomas – will will premiere McLaughlin’s song “Tunnel of Color.”

The Bates College Dancers will perform excerpts from Emma Aranstam’s “Impulse.”

Josh Rugg will crush a soda can between his shoulder blades, and Debi Irons will present two musical/theatrical numbers in a ridiculous red dress.

An excerpt from the Oxford Hills School District music department’s March 27-30 production of the musical “Swing” will round out the hour-plus shows, along with a song by Erin Hamlin on Saturday night.

Tickets, $13, may be purchased at Books N Things or reserved by calling 743-5569. Tickets will be held at the door. Proceeds will be used to help pay for heating oil for the 100 year-old Masonic building.
