PARIS – Beverly A. Hall began her first shift as the newest full-time member of the Oxford County Regional Communications Center on Feb. 24. Hall joins Supervisor Tamara A. Corson and Cammie L. Richardson on the night shift.

Director of Communications James P. Miclon said Hall has been working part time for the past seven months, moving back to Oxford County after leaving her full-time duties as a dispatcher with the Lincoln County Communications Center.

“The communications center and staff were very happy to have Beverly, who is originally from Oxford, join us part time and now full time,” Miclon said.

Hall is a 1996 graduate of Paris Christian Academy and for many years was employed at local farms and stables in Oxford County. For several years she worked at New Balance Athletic Shoe in Norway and Oxford.

In July 2006 Hall was hired full time with the Lincoln County Communications Center in Wiscasset as a 911 dispatcher. She has attended and received certifications plus licenses from the Vermont State Police Academy for computer-aided dispatch, Maine Emergency Services Communications Bureau for emergency 911 telephone, National Academies of Emergency Dispatch for medical priorities and Maine State Police for certification in terminal operator.

Hall holds a Maine Emergency Medical Services license for EMD (emergency medical dispatch), Miclon said.

Hall joins Director Miclon, 11 full-time dispatchers and four part-time dispatchers.
