LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens met at Murray Hall on March 10 with 30 members and a guest, Ruth Gagnon, present,
Chairwoman Shirley Couture opened the meeting with a prayer, salute to the flag and a moment of silence for departed members and the men and women in the armed forces.
Reported on the sick list were Gene Roy, Dora Slovak and Lucille Frechette, who has returned home and is doing well.
In honor of St. Patrick’s Day on Monday, March 17, members will have a noon lunch consisting of finger foods.
The Easter meal has been postponed to Monday, March 31. It will be potluck, served at noon.
The 50-50 was won by Athanase Couture. The meeting was then adjourned and a Chinese auction was held followed by cards and games.
