AUBURN – Paul and Bonnie Waterman of North Haven are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Liza Lee Waterman, to Glen Richard Marquis, son of Richard and Claire Marquis of Auburn.

The future bride is a 2000 graduate of North Haven Community School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a minor in psychology. She currently teaches pre-school in North Haven.

The future bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in forestry. He is currently superintendent of the North Haven Water Treatment Plant and works for the island’s plumbing and heating company.

A June 28 wedding will be held at 4:30 p.m. at Mullins Head Park in North Haven.
