LEWISTON – Benjamin F. Lounsbury, MD, has joined Central Maine Ear, Nose and Throat, 12 Bates St., Lewiston, a Central Maine Medical Center specialty health care practice.

A member of the Lewiston-Auburn medical community since 1979, Lounsbury until recently practiced with Otolaryngology Associates in Lewiston. He continues to work from his longtime office location at Lowell Court Professional Building in Lewiston. He is practicing in affiliation with Michael P. Joseph, MD, also an ear, nose and throat specialist. Joseph began practicing at CMMC last fall.

A Chicago native, Lounsbury graduated with honors from Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed residency training in otolaryngology at the University of Chicago.

Lounsbury is certified by the American Board of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He lives in Auburn with his wife.
