Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on June 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Gregg J. Gibbons, 21, Rumford, operating without a license and two felony counts of possession of schedule W drugs, 11 p.m. March 21 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on May 22 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Justin J. Merchant, 19, Bryant Pond, operating without a license, 9:40 p.m. March 18 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Gary D. Warren, 47, Peru, operating under the influence, 12:25 a.m. March 16 on Route 108. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
