RUMFORD – Black Mountain of ME is gearing up for a snowmobile hill climb at 6 p.m. Friday, April 4.

Preregistration deadline is Sunday, March 30 at a cost of $15/class. After that, the registration per class will be $20, based on space availability. Registration forms are available at Black Mountain or at www.skiblackmountain.org.

Participants must be 14 or older, waivers must be signed by all participants and those under age 18 will be required to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.

Men’s and women’s classes will include categories up to 500cc, up to 699cc, up to 899cc, 900cc and over and open. Women only classes will include 0-600cc and 601cc and over.

Black Mountain’s Last Run Lounge will open at 4 p.m. for bib pick-up and last-minute registrations (pending space availability). Trophies will be presented to the first, second and third finishers in each class.

Admission fees are: age 5 and under, free; age 6 to 12, $3; age 13 and over, $5. For more information, call BMOM at 364-8977.
