• James M. White, 24, of Rumford, March 31, Rumford District Court warrants for unpaid fines, $900 bail, Rumford police.

• Joseph C. Jenkins, 33, of Paris, March 31, violation of bail conditions, probation hold, no bail listed as of March 31, Paris police.
