SOUTH PORTLAND – The Maine chapter of the American Society for Training and Development will hold its monthly meeting April 8 at Wyndham Portland Airport Hotel, 363 Maine Mall Road, on “Integrating Experiential Exercises and Typology into Training” with presenter Elizabeth Rodenz, Ph.D.

Breakfast and networking start at 7:30 a.m. The program meeting begins promptly at 8 and runs to 9:30 a.m. Resource sharing continues until 10 a.m.

The program will focus on how humans have different preferences and approaches for interacting and working with others.

Rodenz is a management consultant, workshop facilitator and executive and life coach.

She is also the author of the book on typology, “Odd Ducks and Birds of a Feather: A Mystery of Type.”

As a management consultant and executive coach for more than 15 years, she has integrated experiential exercises and typology into thousands of workshops and coaching sessions that focus on management, conflict resolution, communication and other fields.
