Andrew Joy of Lewiston was recently named to the dean’s list at Maine Maritime Academy in Castine for outstanding academic achievement in the first semester of the academic year. Students named to the dean’s list earn a grade point average of 3.3 or above on a 4.0 scale.

Joy, a member of the class of 2010, is majoring in marine engineering technology. He is a graduate of Lewiston High School.
