LEWISTON – Listeners will get acoustic indie rock and folk music this weekend at She Doesn’t Like Guthries. Friday, April 4, Christopher Bell of New York will perform acoustic indie rock.

Frank Hopkins of Portland will perform blues and folk Saturday, April 5. He will play songs from his newest record, “American Dream,” a fun and funky romp filled with odes to FOX news, corruption, bad advertising, idiots, love, light, loss, redemption, survival under a swift moving fascist regime, and a call to shed the trappings of the American dream and a return to love.

Both shows will begin at 8 p.m. There is no cover.
