AUBURN – Lollipop Land Daycare, 58 Winter St., was granted accreditation by the National Association for Family Child Care. NAFCC accreditation is a process in which family child care providers demonstrate that they meet national standards of excellence. Providers undergo intensive self-study, collecting information from parents and a self-assessment. They receive an on-site visit by an NAFCC observer, specially trained to validate the self-study results. The information is then reviewed independently by a team of experts who grant or defer accreditation.
