FARMINGTON – Wilton Free Public Library will be the backdrop for some storytelling fun Saturday, April 12, courtesy of the Hands On PAH program. Performing will be Peter Cook, a nationally known deaf storyteller. Keith Wann, a well-known entertainer in his own right, will provide the interpretation.

Cook and Wann are renowned for their funny, insightful and sometimes poignant performances, which are readily understood by both deaf and hearing audiences of all ages.

The performance will be at 7:30 at Mt. Blue High School Auditorium, 129 Seamon Road. Refreshments and a reception will follow. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children and students. Tickets can be purchased at Mickey’s Hallmark and at the door.

Hands On PAH is a new program designed to make the Wilton Free Public Library more user-friendly for deaf people and as well as for children and adults who are hard of hearing. For more information about the program, visit www.wilton-free.lib.me.us.
