The weather cooperated on Wednesday as Dillon Downs, 16, and Joe Crandall, 7, both of Farmington, planted a pinwheel garden in front of the Franklin County Children’s Task Force in recognition of the 2008 Child Abuse Prevention slogan, “Pinwheels for Prevention.”
