LEWISTON – Abigale Pelletier and Allissa Chabot, seniors at Lewiston High School, are sponsoring a carnival fundraiser as their senior capstone project for the School of Health Science offered by Lewiston Regional Technical Center.

The Kickin’ Cancer Carnival will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 150 East Ave.

There will be classic games from lucky duck to ring toss, a 50/50 raffle and other raffle tickets sold on a chance to win an iPod, auto exterior buff and wax or a gift certificate. There will also be hourly event competitions.

Atmosphere, a local teen band, will provide entertainment and there will be a concession stand. All proceeds will be donated to the Live Strong Lance Armstrong Foundation.
