Spinners practice for big spring show
NORWAY – The baton twirling team at Community Child Care’s East Street location is preparing for a recital. CCCC Spinners will perform as part of Oxford Hills Majorettes Big Spring Show at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at Oxford Hills Middle School.
Eighty local baton twirlers from teams all over SAD 17 will perform at the annual gala.
CCCC Spinners have designed a themed dance-twirl interpreting the story of Little Red Riding Hood. Twirls, tosses, rolls and dance steps combine to tell the tale.
The Spinners are coached by U.S. Twirling Association judge MaryEllen Baizley. For more information about Oxford Hills majorettes, e-mail [email protected]
