FARMINGTON – Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District is moving its shrub sale pick-up from Friday, May 9, to Saturday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the barn behind the USDA Service Center, 107 Park St.

The original pickup date was Friday; however, the forecast is calling for heavy rains that day, which would make it difficult for volunteers to work outside.

Those who have placed and order and cannot make the Saturday pick-up date should call 778-4767, ext. 114, and leave a message. Notification is necessary so the district can have the order ready. Discounted shrubs that have not been pre-sold will be available on Saturday for 10 percent over cost.
