Dave Duguay, above, county commissioner (District II), spoke about county government at the April Oxford County Municipal Officer’s Association (OCMOA) meeting in Greenwood. In addition, Sheriff Wayne Gallant spoke about the proposed changes in the Oxford County Jail and Emergency Director Scott Parker addressed emergency management in Oxford County.
