Margaret Craven has been an extremely active contributor to the vitality of Lewiston for a number of years. She is now poised to undertake the important service to her community and state by becoming state senator from Lewiston.

No single task in the Legislature is perhaps more important, more critical to our communities, and more challenging than serving on the Committee on Appropriations and Financial Affairs, which Craven has done these past few years as a Lewiston state representative.

Her is tireless with all of her work, is most welcoming to all of her constituents, and is well informed and fair with her discussions and votes.

To be effective in the legislative process requires tremendous energy, a thorough commitment, and an understanding of the needs and wishes of the citizens of Lewiston. Margaret Craven possesses all of those qualities and will be an excellent senator from Lewiston.
