DIXFIELD – Neighborly Senior Citizens met on May 21 at the Legion Hall with 56 present. President Connie Tutlis read several selections.

It was announced that the trip prices would be increased slightly due to the cost of fuel. Observing May birthdays were Joe Roy, Clayton Davis and Marjorie Harlow. Door prize winners were Fern Gallant and Steve Hatch.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, June 18, with a potluck dinner. Members are asked to bring homemade food items to sell.

Those going to the Tuesday, June 3, Dan O’Donnell Show were reminded bus pick-up in Mexico will be behind fire station/town hall at 2 p.m. and in Dixfield behind post office at 2:10. Money for the buffet will be collected on the bus.

There is still room at the TRIAD picnic on Friday, June 27, and the Cabbage Island trip on Friday, July 18. For more information, call Connie at 364-4189.

New members are welcome. Dues are $5 a year and membership is open to anyone age 50 and over. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month. For more information, call Connie.
