Youth Nite Celebration sponsored by Elks

RUMFORD – The Rumford Lodge of Elks 862 held its annual Youth Nite Celebration at the lodge recently in conjunction with the Elks Association Youth Week.

After a spaghetti supper, youths received certificates for their participation in the hoop shoot; soccer shoot; punt, pass and kick; drug awareness poster contest; drug awareness coloring contest; Americanism essay contest; scholarship winners; and the top 10 students of Mountain Valley and Dirigo high schools.

Attending were Chad Berry, Kristen Blais, Maranda Brackett, Christine Briggs, Chanelle Carey, Jessica Carrier, Paige Carter, Cameron Chase, Jessica Conant, Makaila Conley, Eliza Cormier, Heather Dubendris, Shiloh Felt, Kristy Folsom, Kaitlin Garabedian, Adam Law, Kayla Lauzier, Joshua Maillet, Jacob Miele.
