Smithys to meet

WILTON – The Western Maine Blacksmith’s Association will meet at 7 p.m.Tuesday, June 3, at the Wilton Historical Society. The program will be a continuation of the demonstration on the tempering and heat treating of steel.

Open forge nights will be June 10 and 20. Visitors are welcome.

Yard, bake sale

LIVERMORE – A yard and bake sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at North Livermore Baptist Church, 555 Federal Road. Proceeds will benefit four youth and two chaperones who will attend the National Youth Gathering in July in Colorado.
