LISBON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Kerstin Urban of Germany and Sgt. Raymond Soucy of Grafenwohr, Germany.

The future bride is the daughter of Manfred and Elisabeth Urban of Germany. She is a 1995 graduate of a high school in Germany.

The future bridegroom is the son of Brian and Dolly Soucy of Lisbon. He is a 2003 graduate of Lisbon High School and is a sergeant in the U.S. Army.

The wedding will be held at 11 a.m. July 4 in Germany.
