• Brian Jordan, 21, of 54 Lane Road, Poland, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of assault and criminal threatening, 8 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

Accidents
Lewiston

• A car driven by Joshua Lappin, 21, of Oxford, struck a utility pole, 6:45 p.m. Friday at 174 East Ave. Damage to Lappin’s 1997 Cadillac was estimated at $7,000. It was towed.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Edward R. Theriault, 43, of Poland, and Zebulon L. Morgan, 21, of Norway, collided, 10:40 a.m. Tuesday on Mount Auburn Avenue. There was no damage to Theriault’s 1994 Chevrolet; damage to Morgan’s 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle was estimated at $3,000.

• Vehicles driven by Rafael Llanos, 41, of Lewiston, and Cathy McClintock, 45, of Lewiston, collided, 12:35 p.m. Tuesday on Union Street. Damage to Llanos’ 2005 Saab was estimated at $5,000; to McClintock’s 1999 Jeep SUV, $2,000.

• A vehicle driven by Charles H. Jones, 79, of Auburn, struck a vehicle parked by Debra Therriault, 49, of Auburn, 9:25 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. Damage to Jones’ 2003 Ford pickup truck was estimated at $3,500 and it was towed; to the 1999 Ford pickup truck driven by Therriault and owned by Richard F. Therriault of Sabattus, $1,500.
