NORWAY – Oxford Hills Family Practice was one of 19 out of 600 practices in Maine to receive a 90 percent or greater score as part of the Healthy Maine 2010 project to bring children up to age 2 up to date on their immunizations.

Dr. James Eshleman of Oxford Hills Family Practice was recently presented with a formal award for this achievement by the Maine Immunization Program for receiving 100 percent immunization coverage in 2007.

Oxford Hills Family Practice is operated by Eshleman and Adam Kazimierczak, DO, a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse and a licensed practical nurse, as well as other staff who contribute to the team effort that made the goal achievable.
