LEWISTON – TOPS applications are available for third-, fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade Lewiston public school students. Parents can pick up an application at the local public school or at the United Way of Androscoggin County office. The deadline to submit all TOPS scholarship forms is Monday, June 16.

The Opportunity to Shine Program (TOPS) is a collaborative effort between United Way of Androscoggin County and the Libra Foundation. For Lewiston Public School students, the program provides up to $400 in scholarships to third-graders, up to $800 in scholarships to fourth-graders and up to $1,000 in scholarships to fifth- and sixth-graders to attend a camp of their choice.
