AUBURN – W.D. Matthews Machinery Co. has been awarded Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc.’s 2007 President’s Award. The Auburn company is one of 15 recipients of the award selected from TMHU’s nationwide network of 68 dealers and 190 dealership locations.

Toyota’s highest honor, the President’s Award recognizes companies for demonstrating excellence in parts, service and equipment sales, customer satisfaction and overall dealership operations.

The award was presented to W.D. Matthews Machinery Co. at Toyota’s national dealer meeting in Santa Barbara, Calif.

This is the fourth year W.D. Matthews has received the award.

Each President’s Award recipient received a Tiffany & Co. crystal award and will be honored in an ad in Modern Materials Handling and Material Handling Management. TMHU also is hosting a cruise to the Greek Isles and Turkey for the award recipients.
