AUBURN – John and Nancy Bosse of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Bosse of Auburn, to Derek Wilding of Auburn, son of Dain and Venise Wilding of Lewiston.

The future bride is a 1997 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2001 graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University, with a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy. She is currently employed at MaineHealth as an administrative coordinator.

The future bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2003 graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with a bachelor of science degree. He is currently employed as a marine engineer with Transocean Inc.

An August 2009 wedding is planned.
